70Fore Apparel LLC ("70Fore," "we," "us") operates 70foreapparel.com as an informational site for our secondhand golf and athletic apparel business, based in Charlotte, NC. This policy covers only what happens on this website. Purchases themselves happen on third-party marketplaces (eBay, Poshmark, Depop, Vinted, Facebook Marketplace) or in person at pop-up markets — each of those platforms has its own privacy policy governing that transaction, separate from this one.
Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. If you use our Product Request form or sign up for new-drop email notifications, we collect what you enter — typically your email address, and optionally a brand, club/college, or size you're looking for. These forms are processed through Formspree, a third-party form service; Formspree may briefly handle your submission in order to deliver it to us, under its own privacy policy.
Information collected automatically. This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall site traffic and performance. This is a privacy-first analytics tool — it does not use cookies, does not collect personal information, and does not track individual visitors across sites. It only gives us aggregate information like page views and load times.
We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Pixel, or any advertising trackers on this site.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to product requests you submit
- To send new-drop or market-date notifications, if you've signed up for them
- To understand general site traffic so we can improve the site
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
